This is the first known observation but does that mean it's rare? Do we really want to know?
The ethics of it boggles the mind, beginning with whether certain water fowl are self-aware enough for consent under ordinary circumstances, much less this one. I'd have to conclude that there are just some places the mind prefers not to go...
