The White House seems to have a big file of these terrorism nuggets that they parcel out as needed to redirect attention from news of their bunglings and criminality.)

Funny thing is that Shrub couldn't even get his ham-handed attempt at diversion from his incompetence right. He neglected to personally inform the LA mayor and couldn't even get the name of the building right -- despite that it got prominently blown up by aliens in one of Shrub's fav flicks, Independence Day.
