Family values

I've just gotten done celebrating my birthday with my family. My almost-4-year-old daughter decided that I should have a treasure hunt for my presents, so she and my partner carefully hid them around the house and gleefully watched as I searched to find them. Then we went up to Connor Prairie to see the baby lambs and make gingerbread and glory in a beautiful Indiana spring day. Had dinner at Bruge Brasserie (try it!) in Broad Ripple and then stopped in to Big Hat Books (shop there!) where we each got to select a book as a special treat. It was a lovely day and I went to bed content and warmed by my family's love.

How could we possibly be a threat to "family values"?

Happy Birthday, Ellen! How old are you now? 25+x? (If you express it in algebra you can be any age you need to be...) Your family is wonderful - and so are you!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELLEN!!!! Sounds like the perfect day! PFLAG would love for you to share your story in our Family Scrapbook. These are just what people need to hear and see when we show them the scrapbook - we're families just like everyone else (okay, maybe a little better)!!!! Go to the Indy PFLAG website and you can submit your story that way!

Thanks!

39? I'd have guessed 29. But the answer to life, the universe and everything is 42...So, you're almost there!

Happy Birthday Ellen! I hope you have many more just as fabulous!

OMG!! I've been the answer to everything this whole year and didn't even know it? Can I skip my birthday in June and continue to be 42?

Many happy returns, Ellen! I envy ya your family.

Happy belated birthday, Ellen. Thirty-nine?...just a baby you are -- and the best is yet to come.

Congratulations on a birthday well spent and a loving family that made it so.
