Everyone please welcome Chris Douglas back to the blog after a brief hiatus. Chris is not only a long time activist, having served as steering committee member, founder, or board member of numerous LGBT organizations, but he is that rare breed... openly gay, but retaining ties to his Republican roots. With all of the Democratic contributors we have on the blog, Chris's voice will help to moderate the blog and bring us an often overlooked voice in our community. Of course, his posts (as with all other contributors) do not represent the views of any organization he might be involved in. bilerico.com is about personal voices and attempting to show all sides of the Hoosier LGBT community. Let's give Chris a great big bilerico "welcome back!" Leave a comment and say hello!

What?? Bil, you disappoint me -- Chris is a righteous whacko!

Do you have enough space in your blog for his long-winded and goofy self promotion set in his own world of make-believe?

He's a big part of the PROBLEM with LGBT advocacy here, and has never been a constructive part of any solution. A big boat with Chris Douglas and Kathy Sarris sailing off to their own no-where land is the best thing that could happen to us!

Please don't make us listen to his B.S. Thank you.

Welcome back, Chris. At least you have the courage of your convictions enough to write under your own name and not snipe from behind a pseudonym!

Well, I'm not disappointed in Chris returning to the blog - I'm honored. Chris's view of Indiana politics is shared by many readers. You can disagree if you'd like, but resorting to personal attacks while posting under a pseudonym tells me that he has a lot more courage than you do!
