I KNEW it! I couldn't understand how gays could ruin my marriage. So let's see - if Bil and Jerame are married, that means MY sex life is ruined. That makes sense................duh.....
are you just exceptionally good at finding these, or are all cartoonists (save Gary "Mr. Fundamentalist" Varvel) seeing the gay marriage thing for what it really is - political wedge issue?
While I'd love to get credit for being "just exceptionally good at finding these," I can't take all the credit. :) I subscribe to a cartoon email service. It allows me to follow almost every cartoon in syndication on a daily basis. I have my prefs set up to send me editorial cartoons once a day. I just read the email and see if there's anything I want to either post that day or save for a later post... :)
But, concerning Mr. Varvel... For some reason I only get copies of his work occasionally - and always the color ones. *shrugs* None of them have been LGBT related, so I've passed on them. Nothing personal - he's a great cartoonist. I'm sure he's done something before...
I doubt it. Have you ever read his entries on the expresso blog on the Indy Star? He only talks about one of two topics: Pro Life or Anti-Evolution. That's it. Come to think of it, there is another, how God Fearin' people are being persecuted in this country today.
I think I would fall over if I saw anything remotely pro-gay drawn from the pen of this guy.
