Shrub's at it again. Having zapped all manner of civil liberties, he now has designs on our postal mail sans the niceties of probable cause and search warrants and such. And, as usual, he has no legal right to do this and is just making like he's the whole Congress rolled into one, far beyond Ann Richards' observation of being born with a silver foot in his mouth all the way to having a jeweled imperial crown stuck up...well...it's all in his addled little mind anyway.

I hope he goes through with it. The worm has sizably turned and tolerance for his criminality is growing very, very thin in places that matter. It was, after all, not the NYT or WaPo but the New York Daily News that exposed this one. Yer average pointy-headed liberal rag it's not.

In the meantime, I think I'll engage in pure transparency and accommodate him. Let's see just how much he wants to read all our mail. I'll send originals of my junk mail and photocopies of anything I want to keep. My wife says I get more mail than God gets prayers so it ought to keep them busy over there at the USPS Government Mail Decontamination Unit and White House. Should be good for the economy, too -- lots of people to hire to make sure it's safe to read then more people to open and read it then even more to respond to my mass-produced cover notes I'll send with it.

I encourage you to join me. Protect the Constitution, lower the unemployment rate in the nation's capitol, and reduce Shrub's paranoia levels all in one fell swoop. Mail the Prez your mail. It's your patriotic duty!
