What do you think will happen to SJR-7 now that it is going to the house? Will it be amended? Will it steamroll right through the legislature as-is? Or will they kill it completely?

You left out a very necessary choice: "Even the experts think it is too close to call ..." and that is the option I would vote for.
I think it hinges mostly on whether Speaker Bauer can find a way to avoid bringing it up for a floor vote while at the same time keeping the Republicans from going on strike again.

If they amend it they can't put it on the 2008 ballot, right? so they won't.
