She apparently doesn't support the repeal of DOMA, but if she gets the rest of that agenda done while in office, she will have been the most pro-LGBT president ever.
But you have to wonder how much she actually cares about what she said. The AFA put this title above the video (h/t to them, btw): "The video Hillary does not want you to see". ABC's blog said:

Clinton said, "You'll have to ask my campaign."I was going to give her points for being the first presidential nominee of this cycle to speak at a gay rights organization (the largest one, in case you haven't read any of their press releases and don't know), but I'm going to take half of them back for not publicizing it. That's called the closet, Hillary, and it's unbecoming of a senator.
