Cranbrook Schools went into lockdown today after parents reported seeing a man dressed as a woman near a campus bus stop.

Police have not located the man, described as a white male about 6 feet tall, wearing a gray or blonde wig, lipstick, flowered skirt and high heels. [...]

He was not observed doing anything illegal, according to Lt. Paul Myszenski of the Bloomfield Hills Department of Public Safety. Students were told to sit in their classrooms with lights off as police did a room-by-room search. The man was not found on the 319-acre campus located in Bloomfield Hills.

What's up with this? Why is a school going into lock-down and a local paper releasing a description of a person who even the police know was doing nothing wrong? Disgusting behavior.

But the message, though, is clear: trans equals terror equals evil. I'm sure that even the little trans kids picked up on that while they had to wait with the lights off and their heads down while police searched the school for a transwoman with a bomb in hir wig.
