What in bloody hell is this MTV marijuana public service announcement trying to say?

Let's start with the tagline: "If you're high, just make sure you don't drive." So are they saying it's okay to smoke weed as long as you don't get behind the wheel? There's none of the usual "Pot will make you kill your mother" message, or is there?

I mean, after all, apparently smoking pot leads to gay incest. It was bad enough to watch the look of disgust and horror on the friend's face when they kiss (Gay kissing = disgusting), but the "Aren't you two brothers?" sends it over the edge. Did gays become the scapegoat of the drug commercial? It's okay to get high - just don't drive and, oh, don't make out with your siblings...

I'm so confused.
