Just a quick note:

I'll be at the Indiana Jefferson-Jackson Day Dinner on Saturday evening and will be live blogging the event.

U.S. Rep. and House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer will be the keynote speaker; U.S. Sen. Evan Bayh and Indiana House Speaker Pat Bauer will deliver remarks. U.S. Reps. Joe Donnelly, Julia Carson, Brad Ellsworth and Baron Hill also will speak briefly.

And I'll be there to bring you the LGBT perspective. (As far as I know, a couple other bilerico contributors will be there as well, so maybe they'll put in their two cents worth as well!)

Got any questions you specifically want me to ask someone? Leave 'em in the comments...

I'll be there too with my camera!

Maybe ask Joe Donnelly and Brad Ellsworth how they could possibly vote against the federal hate crimes legislation?

Ask Ellsworth how he decided WHICH county prosecutors to consult on whether a federal hate crime law is needed? Why wasn't Marion county's prosecutor on his list to consult with?

Yeah, Donnelly and Ellsworth were two easy targets over hate crimes. I'll also be asking them about ENDA.

Anyone else have any other ideas?
