We have a new contributor on board here at Bilerico!

Mattilda a.k.a Matt Bernstein Sycamore, a talented writer, blogger, activist, and editor operating out of San Francisco, will now be sharing her insights with us on this blog. Mattilda wrote Pulling Taffy, described by D. Travers Scott with:

If David Lynch and David Wojnarowicz created a rebuttal to Will and Grace, it could very well be this book. Sycamore's keen eye reveals the everygay as not merely absurd but grotesque. Like good drugs, Sycamore's writing leaves me craving more.
Mattilda's also edited several books, including Dangerous Families: Queer Writing on Surviving, Tricks and Treats: Sex Workers Write about their Clients, That's Revolting! Queer Strategies for Resisting Assimilation and its follow-up, Nobody Passes: Rejecting the Rules of Gender and Conformity, and she works with Gay Shame to fight the commercial/assimilationist machine co-opting queerness.

Mattilda blogs at Nobody Passes, and her website can be found here. Please give her a big welcome!
