Just a quick bit of self-promotion here... We were recently nominated for a major blog award! I feel like Sally Field right now...
We were nominated for a Koufax award - for "Best Human Equality Blog." This is quite an honor since we're up against some of the big names in blogging - sites like Feministing, Andrew Sullivan, Shakesville, Pam's House Blend, and Pandagon. We'd be ever so grateful if you'd go to the site to leave a comment and vote for us.
Secondly, I've been asked to participate in INtake Magazine's Fourth of July Freedom issue. I'll be addressing what freedom means to me from an LGBT perspective. If you have any suggestions, leave 'em in the comments. And be sure to look for INtake on the 4th of July! *grins*
