Just a quick note that I have agreed to appear on WIBC Newsradio 1070 in Indianapolis next Monday at 10am. This would normally be the Greg Garrison show, but Indianapolis republican City-County Councilor Ike Randolph will be guest hosting. Our topic will be my post about electing an openly LGBT person to the Indy City-County Council: "Indianapolis: 12th largest city won't even crack the lavender ceiling". Andre Carson, grandson of Congresswoman Julia Carson and candidate for democrat Patrice Abudallah's vacated council seat, has also been invited to join us on air. It should be one heck of a show. You won't want to miss it!

After Ike "The Snake" Randolph lied to the LGBT community to get elected and then turned to vote against us twice on the H.R.O., do you think he is impartial about whether the Democratic Party is fair to gays? We know damn well the GOP locally will never slate an openly gay person for a winnable elected office -- now you are going to go on the air again to complain about the Democrats being unfair on a rightwing talk show? Wasn't appearing last week on one rightwing talk show enough ?

Gee, Bil, you're getting a lot of mileage out of that "Indy: 12th largest city ..." post!
Counter to Wilson's sentiments (Sorry, Wilson!), I say "Good for you!" Also, like comedian Martin Laurence says in one of his stand-up routines, "Ride that motherf**ker until the wheels fall off!"
(I mean the media gigs, Bil ... not Ike Randolph!)
