First Bob Allen said he didn't do it. Then he said he was so scared of black men that he had to offer head for his own safety. Now he's saying, well, you have to see it to believe it:

I'm trying very hard not to laugh here and to feel sympathy for a man who is being prosecuted for seeking some lovin' the only way he knew how, but his changing stories aren't helping much. Well, that and his legislative record against public sex. But I'm still trying.
