Logo's reporting that Chris Dodd dropped out of the debate last Friday citing "scheduling conflicts". Of course, he was the first to accept the invitation, and Miss Manners had some pretty harsh words this past week for people who decline invitations after accepting them. Then again, as Lane reported, Dodd's campaign was the only one to show up at the LGBT Caucus at Yearly Kos after they all said they'd send a representative.

What could have come up that would entice a presidential candidate to stand up an entire community when most other candidates will be there to debate? Makes you wonder.
