The good doctor wrote up an email that was obtained by the AP where he says he's not down with the Freddie. It's funny what he thinks about the GOP savior:
Isn't Thompson the candidate who is opposed to a Constitutional amendment to protect marriage, believes there should be 50 different definitions of marriage in the U.S., favors McCain-Feingold, won't talk at all about what he believes, and can't speak his way out of a paper bag on the campaign trail?
He has no passion, no zeal, and no apparent 'want to.' And yet he is apparently the Great Hope that burns in the breasts of many conservative Christians? Well, not for me, my brothers. Not for me!
Oh snap!
This comes a months after Dobson said that he doesn't think that Freddie is a Christian. I'm guessing Dobson's backing Mitt Romney John McCain Rudy Giuliani Sam Brownback, but I'll wait and find out for sure.

Dobson forgot "White" It's usually the "Great White Hope."
So while Dobson is still perfectly okay with making homophobic comments at least he's learning about racist ones. Maybe in another 50 years he'll be a civilized person. One can hope.
