Man, I can't help but really like Bill Richardson. He may screw up occasionally, but that makes him human. And now that he'll go further on the Boy Scouts than anyone else? Hell, yeah. I've always thought it was hypocritical of the President to be the leader of an organization that not all Americans could be a part of... Bill Richardson would turn the Boy Scouts down.
"No, I wouldn't, because I think as president I would commit myself, number one, that I will be a leader that prevents discrimination on the basis of race, gender and sexual orientation."
Music to my ears. Not only is he freakin' brilliant, he's committed to equality too.
