Do you remember when I blogged about a Matt Gold concert last year?

Cowboy catches a rideSince Matt started performing again, he's been busier than ever! He was featured on a radio show, Strictly Confidential, a few months ago and specifically mentioned the Bilerico Project and talked about our site. (Click here to listen to the interview.) Plus, he has another show here in Indiana again this month!

Matt has a new song out that you have to hear - and he's given the Bilerico Project an exclusive. He's given our readers the chance to listen to the entire song and download it for free! This time, Matt takes on Paula Abdul with his own cover of "Cold Hearted." I never would have thought that the crazy American Idol host's sugar pop could sound lyrical and emotional. This has to be one of the best covers ever and it's getting play on several stations around the nation recently. Look for it after the jump. Since Matt's a reader, feel free to leave a comment too!

(As a side note, I'll be appearing on Strictly Confidential tomorrow (Tuesday) night at 9pm. Click here to listen in; there's even a chat room where you can talk to other listeners and ask questions to get answered on air!)

Isn't this a great pic of Matt? Great job, Scott!

The song is good too.
