Starting Monday, Eric Marcus will be joining us here at the Bilerico Project.
Eric is an NYC based nonfiction writer who's written some great books, like Greg Louganis's biography, Breaking the Surface, Is it a Choice, and, my personal favorite queer focused book, Making Gay History. (If you haven't read it, pick up a copy. It puts a lot of our current legislative battles into perspective.) He also blogs at Our Community Calendar.
And, just for fun, here's a old clip of him politely beating Bill O'Reilly in an argument about those "militant homosexual activists":

Great, more sexy people being added to the project always helps!
Anyways, did we really need the Bill O' Reilly video? Even though this time there was some eye candy, it was balance out by this willful mis-informant who spreads out misleading claims and unsupported assertions-- and when called upon--never admits them.
