Savage: Short hair = Lesbian = Nazi = Appropriate recipient of violence

I can't even begin to unpack the illogic in this latest Michael Savage rant. He was responding to a caller who got told by a perceived-lesbian that his radio show is hate speech. His strategy was to prove the woman right:
She's a -- the type that stuffed ovens in Hitler's concentration camps. Whenever I hear anyone preaching to me about how compassionate they are, I reach for my Glock. That's all I can tell you. They can all drop dead.[...]
They're the Nazis -- the cryptofascists walking around.[...]
They're the ones that Hitler used to stuff ovens with human beings in the concentration camps, only now they pose as compassionate, wonderful human beings. They don't fool me for one minute.
So he wants to kill a woman because she pointed out the obvious?

Savage is always the most outrageous "pundit" anymore. He'll do anything for attention.

one of my proudest moments as an activist was FINALLY getting Savage the boot off of MSNBC - he is, as my Dad would have said, "not really prejudice, because he hates everybody"

Savage is an attention-whore.
He is so easy to discredit because of his sordid past. anybody with his past shouldn't leave themselves so open to attack by any group.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but as I seem to remember, Savage's MSNBC show lasted only three days before he was fired for calling a gay male call-in a "sausage-eater" and saying that he hoped he'd die of AIDS.
Or am I mixing this up with something else? "FINALLY" sounds like you're talking about something that lasted a lot longer.
