I've heard this asked before, so might as well ask it here, too. What the heck does that second sentence mean?

Oh yeah, HRC, put Susan Stanton out there as a spokesperson...she'll do reeeal well...She makes about as much sense and has about the same amount of credibility as HRC itself.
