Terence sings about his love for his two fathers in this clip from a Dutch (I'm guessing) television show. There are subtitles. I can't even imagine an American television station risking the wrath of the anti-gay hordes to feature something like this.

Dang, that makes me tear up. Touching. I long for the day when that will happen here.

OK, I'll admit I got a little misty watching this. But that's why I heart the Dutch!

I've seen this before and LOVE it! Besides being really sweet and amazingly progressive, it's catchy too... You'll find yourself singing the tune for days afterwards. :)

That's because American TV stations are all about keeping people comfortable and never challenging them, except to buy, buy, buy.

If we ever saw something like this on network TV, it'd be on PBS first. That's the only network station that doesn't worry about maintaining the widest audience possible at the expense of pretty much everything else.

I'm glad that you liked this clip. Like Waymon, I get misty-eyed watching even after half a dozen views.
