The Washington Blade has a feature story about us in this week's paper entitled "Bilerico's 'underground flavor' draws gay fans." Jerame, Alex and I worked really hard to re-launch the blog nationally. I'd be remiss though, not to mention how much time and energy every one of our contributors and associate editors have put into building the site too. Thanks to all of our contributors and our readers for making the blog a success!
“It goes to show that it’s really not all about the money, but that it’s about creating this great space to hash out the political and social issues that are happening right now,” said Michael Crawford, associate editor of the site.

Personally, Bil, I'm just proud and thrilled to be a part of it. Maybe I'm a little biased, but who cares...to my way of thinking, Bilerico represents the future of LGBT-relevant cultural and political opinion, and I think we're seeing proof of that more and more as time goes on.
Everyone who participates in this extraordinary and unique experiment called the Bilerico Project should take enormous pride in what we've created here and what we'll continue to create here in the future, together.
