I think it's kind of funny how bloggers, both left and right, debate if it's appropriate for bloggers to "endorse" candidates. I can't imagine making a decision based on which candidate this blogger or that blogger "endorsed."
I could tell you who I voted for on Tuesday. But does it really matter? Nah. While Hillary and Barack supporters will tell you that each is better on gay stuff, reality is such that if either of them said the same things about woman, Blacks or Jews, they would never be elected president. 
Imagine Hillary not promising to immediately lift a ban on women serving in the armed forces. Imagine Barack saying we'll have a separate (but equal) institution of civil unions for Blacks. Yeah, right.
Aside from all that, my friend Susie is a big Hillary fan and after reading some of the attacks against the NY Senator she wrote a rather brilliant parody of one of my favorite musicals.

While still light years away from the current Chief Log Head still ludicrously imagining that the Repugs are finally, at last, definitely, unequivocally, St. Ronnie be praised, open up their "big tent" to gays beyond second-class citizen caterers, Inaugural gown designers, hair dressers, walkers, and check-writing butt monkeys, the excitement of many to the strongest gay-positive positions of any Democratic candidates to date is, of course, relative to what has gone before. That is a more realistic, and constructive way of viewing it that always measuring such things to Perfection.
But I must address one of your comments and not just because I have decided after long study and consideration to support Sen. Clinton because your comment could apply to Obama, too.
That is, neither they, nor any other President, could immediately eliminate DADT with Excecutive Order because it is a federal statute that only Congress can repeal. Unfortunately, we can only judge them on this after one of them [hopefully] takes office in the context of how soon and how much they aggressively lobby Congress to do that. Nevertheless, I would submit a cause for concern can be demonstrated when Obama has written that he would consult with miltary leaders to effect the change which would be entirely like asking the fox for advice on how to improve the henhouse.

We Democrats are in an amazing position. No matter whether we elect Hillary or Barack as our nominee we will make history and show that the Democratic Party is the party of the future.
The GOP will be offering up another angry white who will use fear and divisive rhetoric to win the White House. We, as Democrats, have so much more to offer.
