It's the Saturday night after a big Friday night. So what am I doing? Drinking water and checking up on old classmates, of course!
I went to high school with the singer in this clip -- Patina Miller. We didn't know each other very well -- she was in theater, I was in writing, there wasn't a ton of cross-discipline pollination going on -- but I have looked her up from time to time to see how she's doing. She's one of the most successful graduates of my class at the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities.
Those theater people -- they've got their acts together by trade. (Buh-dum-pshh!)
