Good Morning Projectors! Last week was a good one, so I've got lots of cool stories to recap for you.

As you enjoy your morning cuppa, here's a bit of food trivia for you. The darker the roast of the coffee bean, the less caffeine there is. Heat breaks down caffeine. Sure, you'll have a more robust flavor (which is why I say the darker the berry, the sweeter the juice). But if you're paying for extra shots of espresso at Starbucks because you think you're getting buzzed, you're really just getting ripped off.
