This is the mentality and mindset of our elected officials? Pathetic doesn't describe it. Ignorant doesn't describe it. Hateful Bigotry gets closer to the mark, but still seems somehow inadequate. This woman doesn't belong in this country at all. She should be preaching to the terrorists whose company she prefers. Perhaps the Taliban?

Wow it's crazy how far this video has reached! I work with Victory Fund and helped create the "I'm listening" video-- I never imagined Ellen would be talking about it on her show!
If you have a second, go check out the "I'm listening" webpage at Victory Fund's site: http://www.victoryfund.org/files/listening.html. There is an open letter to Sally Kern that's really stern but serious and professional. I think everyone should sign it.
