I was always partial to "Heaven Can Wait"
Meatloaf's version.
Anyway, a million best wishes to all the couples lining up now for their nuptials.

We actually had Sade's "By Your Side" as our civil union song. We haven't decided on our song for our upcoming marriage in CA. :)

I told you in the comments section of your other post what song you should use, Waymon. Didn't you like my suggestion? *grins*
I love the Kermit suggestion though. That made me smile.

Bil-
Stop making fun of my man's family roots. I'll have to come kick your ass. LOL...

The Beastie Boys used to scream out the word "faggot" in their concerts. They wanted to title an album "Don't Be a Faggot" (I think it became "Fight for Your Right").
They (or one of them, at least) issued what seemed to be a sincere, abject apology, a few years ago.
But, I'm sorry -- too little, too late. Too much influence about young folks.
I will, quite honestly, never forgive them.
Because that sh*t kills people. Seriously.

I never knew that, Not that one. We can scratch that off the list if that is true.
On a happier note, I think Polar's choices are great!

There's also the original version of Chapel of Love- The Beach Boys
"Going to the chapel
And we're gonna get married
Going to the chapel
And we're gonna get married
Gee I really love you
And we're gonna get married
Going to the chapel of love"
