I love reading celeb gossip over at Poponthepop.com. I like reading smut novels - like lesbian romance and/or detective novels. And I'm a big fan of getting an 8-piece box of Godiva truffles and a bottle of 2 buck chuck and then indulging myself in a bubble bath with a trashy novel, wine, and chocolate. OMG! I think I just figured out what I'm doing tonight!

Hmmmm...I love the "didacto-dramas" on the Weather/History/Discovery channels. You know, "Rogue Waves," "Mega Disasters," "History's Deadliest Weather," and so on. I've also been hooked lately by "Man vs. Wild," with Bear Grylls. I can't believe the things that guy will eat! Sometimes I look away as grub juice dribbles down his chin or a still-wriggling scorpion disappears between his lips, but I keep watching the show!

When I have writer's block, I get out of it by firing up my Playstation II and playing some of the various sports games I own.

Speaking as a projector I love the feeling of fresh celluloid slipping across my polished lenses. Rubbing against that (oh so hot!) high intensity bulb forcing 16 mm into six feet!

Oh, I may grow faint!

For myself, however, I love my massages!

Pizza. Thick or thin. New York or Chicago-style.
Make it with Capicola or prosciutto ham, Italian sausage, pepperoni, and Italian roast beef, maybe even a bit of hamburger and onions. Extra sauce and cheese. I've spent my life in search of the finest pizzas, and I've sampled many, as anyone who's met me can attest to by my shape.

The best pizzas are always found at small local chains, or ma and pa places. Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and Domino's need not apply. Places like Giordano's in Chicago, and LaRosa's in Cincinnati, to name a couple. My home town is rich in pizza - we have a large Italian population, we're a meat packing center, fresh natural cheese is widely available, and the finest tomatoes in the world are raised just north in Indiana. We even have a very good local queen-owned place.

Weirdly enough, try as I might, I can't make pizza as good as the above favorites. I can beat Papa John's, etc., but my crust has a ways to go to be perfect. If I ever come up with the perfect pizza recipe, I have the concept already: get a low rent place to open in, with red walls and carpet and black leather/vinyl booths and tablecloths. The waitstaff and delivery people will wear either black leather bustiers and miniskirts, or black leather pants and vests (choice of the individual server). Obviously, we will have to call it Dominatrix Pizza. "The pizza that can't be beat - no matter how much it might enjoy it"

Earl Grey tea - Lindt 85% cocoa chocolate - A good book - and a backrub.

I have a serious addiction to daytime courtroom shows. I love the peoples court, Judge Mathis, Judge Maria Lopez etc. My husband thinks I need a support group to kick the habit.

Renee- Good one! Do you like Judge David Young (the sassy gay day-time judge)? I think he just got an emmy nod for his show...

I have to mention the other guilty pleasure: Blue Bell ice cream, particularly the Homemade Vanilla, Dutch chocolate and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough flavors.
