The snotty little bastard should spend some time cooling his heels behind bars. Karl Rove should be persecuted as a war criminal, not appearing on talk shows and jetting off to foreign countries on vacation to avoid a House subcommittee subpoena.

His kind of prison? Don't do that, he will get callouses from playing too much tennis, come out twenty pounds thinner and tanned!

Better, during the debates, that the commentator/debate questioner ask:

"Are you going to subvert the Bill of Rights?"

"Will you allow your subordinates to hide behind executive privilege or will you insist that they be responsive to congressional questions?"

"Will you invite oil companies to assist you in developing a national energy policy?"

etc.

OMG I can't stand this man or any of the neo-cons. When they teamed up with the Christian extremists to gain control of the Whitehouse we could see it coming. Finkelstein warned the party about this happening, Reagan refused to listen to the neocons once upon a time. What ever happened to the old style libertarian Republicans? Completely rhetorical question, we still exist but the party has been made useless as a political tool that can achieve anything positive. The damage is done to the republican party, the Nation and the international community.
