Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have gotten married! According to their spokesperson, they married in a private, intimate ceremony at their $29 million mansion in Beverly Hills on Saturday night. The small ceremony was attended by just 19 guests, which included Ellen's mother Betty and de Rossi's mother Margaret Rogers. People magazine is reporting that the couple exchanged handwritten vows, with de Rossi in a white wedding gown and DeGeneres in a white tuxedo.
With their marriage, the couple becomes one of the highest profile gay/lesbian couple to tie the knot since same-sex marriage became legal in California. Ellen announced her plans to marry de Rossi on her talk show in May. She also used her show to talk about her marriage with Presidential candidate John McCain, as well as Laura and Jenna Bush. When asked about her marriage and new wife, Ellen said:
She's taught me lessons about myself, and I feel like I've taught her. We've both changed and grown, and we just feel like, 'Oh, okay, this is completion.'
Congratulations to the happy couple! More photos from the wedding after the jump!

I congratulate the DeGenereses-dePortias! Let nothing come between you.

Long life and lots of love to the newlyweds. They both looked stunningly beautiful on their special day.
Was John McCain on the guest list?
