The last week in Denver at the DNCC was amazing, but it's good to be home.
Friday was the best day of all. We spent a magical afternoon with Projecter Jesster climbing mountains, staring at kissing same-sex camels, and pissing off on the religious right. I'll tell the entire series of adventures when I've had some rest, but I'll give you this tease...
We found the end of a rainbow. Seriously.
Proof after the jump.

I told you.

OMG, I think I even see the pot of gold down there. You...uh...you didn't happen to go down there to retrieve it did you? (It looks like a long jump)
At any event, there's no place like home. I am glad you made the trip for us and really appreciate the effort. Between the Bilerico team and Pam's crew I feel like I got a glimpse of what it would have been like to be there. And now you just brought us up to date at a time of night many of us are asleep. Thanks so much, and pleasant dreams!

And it's a double rainbow, too!
That is a fucking awesome photo, right there. This absolutely needs to be entered in a photo contest somewhere!
Glad you made it there and back in one piece. Can't wait to hear about the rest of your excursion

You know what's amazing? We didn't even see the second rainbow. It wasn't until we saw the pictures that we even noticed it; we couldn't see it at all.
I've got tons of beautiful pictures to share. It was an amazing day.

Wow - I didn't notice the other rainbow either. I can't wait to see some of the other pictures from yesterday too...there are some really good ones. :)

I had a spectacular time with you, Jesster. It was the perfect topper to our trip. I can't wait to tell other Projectors about our adventures. If you want to write any of it up, feel free and I'll put it up. It would be fun to get the experience from your perspective too.

I had a really great time too! I'll see what I can do about writing it up from my perspective. I'm not much of a writer, so hopefully it won't be totally boring.

OMG! I thought my mother was the only person on earth who used the phrase in your post's title. Except she said "Home again, Home again, jiggety jig." This phrase was always reserved for the moment we would enter our driveway after a long trip or vacation. I'm so glad to see someone else says this.

I think the entire nursery rhyme is:
To market, to market
to buy a fat pig.
Home again, home again
Jiggity jig!
To market, to market
to buy a fat hog.
Home again, home again
Jiggity jog!
