Her Madgesty kicked off her "Sticky and Sweet" tour on Monday in England and infuriated the McCain campaign by drawing comparisons between John McCain, Adolf Hitler, and Robert Mugabe. According to the Times (London) Online:
Madonna . . . made the swipe during a performance of Get Stupid, when Mr McCain's image was flashed up alongside images of the Führer and Zimbabwean dictator, as well as destruction and global warming.
In a none-too-subtle contrast, Barack Obama was bracketed in a subsequent sequence alongside Mahatma Gandhi, John Lennon and Al Gore.
A McCain campaign spokesman, Tucker Bounds, condemned the segment. "The comparisons are outrageous, unacceptable and crudely divisive all at the same time," Mr Bounds said.
I've got to hand it to the Material Girl - she's nothing if not audacious. Since I'm too young, and too vaginated to offer an opinion on the election without getting pilloried, I'll simply comment on the music after the jump.
Here's a clip of the video that's already caused so much controversy:
But like I said, I don't really have an opinion on that. I do have a question about Madonna's video for "Four Minutes." What the hell is she wearing and what's with the missing body parts? It's been 4 months since the album dropped and I still haven't figured it out.
Anyway, I've gotta peace out. I've only got 4 minutes to save the world from a pile of dirty laundry and the weeds taking over my garden.

"vaginated"?
Love it!
But you're so vaginated, Serena, that you absolutely should give an opinion on the election.
