This looks like a beautiful film, and Amazon.com shows that it is already available on DVD. I'm not sure if the movie is still making the film festival circuit - the official US website for Nina's Heavenly Delights hasn't updated its theater listings since February.
Unfortunately, the reviews for this film gathered at were unkind. However, the official website (believe it or not) has more favorable reviews. So you can compare and contrast reviews if you are undecided about tracking down Nina's Heavenly Delights.
