-- Los Angeles National Organization of Women chapter president Shelly Mandell, introducing Sarah Palin at a rally last weekend. The state and LA chapters of NOW quickly clarified that Mandell was not speaking on behalf of the organization, which has endorsed Obama/Biden.

She needs to put down the crack pipe and get a clue. There is nothing about Palin that shows she cares about equality for anyone. Palin has used her positions of political power to deny women the right to choose how to live their lives.
