Jazz singer Ethel Waters, who many of you may know as the great-aunt of Crystal Waters, was bisexual. Here's her "Am I Blue":

Here's her explanation of her bisexuality from her autobiography:

I wanted love and to get love back. I didn't want a man. Don't misunderstand me, I'm a normal woman. But I'd been so hurt.

I recently saw The Member of the Wedding. She was an incredible actress as well.
