We're about to take this show on the road! Our entire Editorial Team is packing up and going to DC this weekend for an LGBT bloggers conference. Several of our contributors will also be there for their own blogs too! Please be patient if comment moderation takes a little longer Friday-Sunday this week or if we don't have as much content as normal.
We're going to hold a Bilerico meetup on Saturday night. The time and location are still to be determined (depending on the conference schedule when we arrive), but I'm guessing it'll be around 9pm.
Our contributors will be getting together since some of us have never met face-to-face, but we thought we'd also open it up to Projectors who want to stop by and meet some of their favorite Bilerico writers. Anyone interested in coming? Leave a comment here and I'll make sure to send the details when we nail stuff down over the next day or so.
So far, I know these folks will be at the conference:

We want to know your opinion on this issue! While arguing about an opinion or idea is encouraged, personal attacks will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of others.
The editorial team will delete a comment that is off-topic, abusive, exceptionally incoherent, includes a slur or is soliciting and/or advertising. Repeated violations of the policy will result in revocation of your user account. Please keep in mind that this is our online home; ill-mannered house guests will be shown the door.
Bil,
You guys are going to love DC! It is the second gayest place on Earth (after Disneyland!)
I am looking forward to meeting all of you.
I'll be there too.
Paige, I will add you to the list.
I am looking forward to meeting you.
Would be interested in making a connection...
I wish I could go (no money and no time.) Maybe you might consider having a Bilerico meet-up at the IFGE Conference in early Feb. I'll be there, and I'm on the Board of IFGE. I hope it will be considered.
Sorry. That's in DC, too.
Cathy Renna is going to be there twice?
You know Monica, Cathy is so amazing she can do things us mere mortals can only dream of.
Thanks, Michael. I've heard rumors of this, so it's nice to have it confirmed.
Why do I feel like this is going to turn into that odd office Holiday Party where the boss gets drunk, people do crazy things, and no one can look each other in the eye the next day. :)
I can't wait!
I thought that was your standard weekend? Remember, I've heard you partying when I've spent time at the Big House. (giggle)
Don't tell all my secrets, Mon! ;)
Sorry. (* blush *)
OMG! My weekend just got a whole lot hotter. Send me the details, girls!
Can you send me the info? I may have a prior commitment, but I'd like to go if I'm free.
I'll be adding Nan Hunter, Sara Whitman and Nancy Polikoff to the list of attendees too.
I also heard from Rebecca Armendariz from the Washington Blade and she'd like to hang out with us all too. :)
Dana Rudolph from Mombian too. :)
Well heck...just cross that bridge and visit us poor souls stuck on the red, more narrow side of Maryland!
So, let me get this "straight." (I couldn't resist.) None of the Editorial staff will be around to moderate the blog? It's PARTY TIME! I know where they hide the booze in the Big House, and where the extra key is hidden. We'll met up at 7 PM, Friday. Who's bringing the chips and dip? Since I'm a former sub sailor, I'll order up a 6' sub.
Par-tay! Par-tay! Par-tay!
There's an LGBT bloggers conference? Tell us more! It's a bit late for this year, but next year I may not be able to resist.
