This New York Times article is about the revenue derived from Youtube videos, and features Bilerico Project contributor Michael Buckley who lives about a half hour away from me in Connecticut but I can hear his voice every time I step out the back door. I'm glad somebody's getting rich.

Amazing that someone can make a living off of such silliness --- but comedians have been doing it for decades, and at least it's harmless, better than becoming millionaires by pushing junk food onto young children ... Next time you eat a White Castle hamburger, remind yourself that someone somewhere is a multi-millionaire because he has built an empire to sell us this crap ...

I knew Buck was making some money, but I had no idea he would be making THAT much money.
But any site getting millions of page views a day is going to make money. I can't imagine getting the kind of traffic he gets, let alone YouTube as a whole.
