I find it difficult to pick out a favorite Mr. Show sketch, as there are a lot. But I still have a fondness for the "Coupon: The Movie" sketch, and the court mandated reactions afterwords. And Ronnie Dobbs, of course. (But everybody picks Ronnie Dobbs.)
