Because CNN has decided it has to worry about being taken too seriously, Anderson Cooper hosted a debate of puppies to be the nation's First Dog.

You guys realize this debate is just a skit the Daily Show staged with Anderson's help, right? Very cute anyway. "Mr. Skittles" is adorable, I'd be happy to take him and the moderator home with me.
