The Lesbian and Gay Bands of America need your help to go to the inauguration. If you could hop on over to their site and kick a few dollars to them, I know they'd appreciate it.
We can't buy this sort of visibility, but when the opportunity presents itself we can pay for the costs associated with it. These folks have been working hard at what they do and it would be great for them to be on television and to be announced as the gay and lesbian band.
For all those folks who said that the band outweighs Rick Warren's invocation, then this would be a great opportunity to make sure that they're actually there to play.
They don't really need all that much money, and they let you know what exactly it's for on their site.

For good?
I don't mean to be rude to any band members who might read the site (or even those who don't!), but what, exactly, sort of visibility does this give us? I don't see the band marching in a parade as that big of a deal at all.
