You'd think with 70 contributors, we'd have already talked about every bit of LGBT news and gossip. (Remember when you used to get a smidge of queer news every month and The Advocate was the only source usually except for the odd television news report?) Times have changed, my friend; there's a ton of stuff out there now. Here's some stuff I found interesting this week, but no one got around to blogging.
- Jörg Haider, Europe's most telegenic Nazi-sympathizing politician, and his spin doctor, Stefan Petzner, seemed poised to return the Austrian far right to power. But after Haider died in a high-speed crash, Petzner revealed he'd been far more than his boss's protégé.
- OutFront blogger Bryan Blaise had an Oprah moment after he wrote a post about Dustin Lance Black's Oscar win.
- Seven members of the Erie, PA LGBT community had a meeting with newly elected Congresswoman Kathy Dahlkemper that went really well.
- Times are tough. Have you checked out Out & Equal's LGBTCareerLink site? You could find a job with Gay Inc. or other queer friendly companies.
- If you live in Utah, don't forget that today is the Buttars-Palooza festival in honor of homophobic state senator Chris Buttar's recent anti-gay rant.
- The 13th annual Positively Aware HIV Drug Guide is now available. Included are tips on how to use each medication, and viewpoints from well-respected physicians and activists.
- Several of Harvey Milk's relatives that knew him well are, obviously, still alive. What do they think of Milk and the subsequent Oscar wins?
What stories piqued your interest this week? Did we cover it? If not, leave us the link in the comments section so we can all go check it out. Link us to your own blog if you want and tell us what you're blogged about this week!

LOVE THIS SITE.
I blogged (on Pam's House Blend and on my own lil site) about Maine's fight for equal marriage, arrests in a NYC murder where the victims were presumed gay, and earlier posted a transcript of Rev. Gene Robinson's testimony before NH lawmakers...

We love you too. Great blog! :)
Not surprised about Austria. They've been going fascist for a decade. Them and Poland... ugh.
At least Italy and Iceland, who just went all free market this past decade, will probably see the error of their ways.
