On the last day of Creating Change, I had interviews scheduled with Bilerico Project contributor Kate Clinton and the Triangle Foundation's new Executive Director, Alicia Skillman. Alicia is only the second African-American to head a state equality organization. (TBP contributor Nadine Smith was the first.)
Since the interviews were scheduled back to back, we thought we'd kill two birds with one stone. Kate did the interview for Bilerico! (And look for a surprise interruption from NGLTF's Exec Dir Rea Carey at the end!)

Bil, I don't know if it is the internet speed, but I could not understand a word. Tons of background noise. Sorry I missed it.
