Monday GLAAD announced new PSAs starring entertainers urging straight allies to stand up for gay and transgender equality. These PSAs encourage the audience to "be an ally," and send viewers to online resources to support LGBT family and friends. The PSAs will be available through broadcast collaborations with national cable networks including IFC, Lifetime Movie Network, Lifetime Television and Sundance Channel, local cable systems and network affiliates. This one features Kevin Bacon, Kyra Sedgwick, Ellen DeGeneres, Anika Noni Rose, Alan Cumming, William Baldwin, Rufus Wainwright, Ron Rifkin and Sally Field.
