Angry parents file frivolous lawsuit with activist judges to silence a Christian pastor and indoctrinate our children

OK, that title's long enough. But I think I hit at least half of the right-wing talking points this idiotic case violates:
The Castro Valley School District is facing a lawsuit by dozens of parents who want more information about a recent school talk by a lesbian pastor.
Pastor Arlene Nehring of the Eden Church of Hayward spoke at Castro Valley High during its annual Days of Diversity program.
Some parents became upset after an anonymous e-mail was sent, claiming that Nehring gave step-by-step instructions on how to become gay and transsexual. Nehring denies those claims.
The parents even received an anonymous email that made ridiculous claims, but the school still wouldn't hand over all their private communications to them. Is this America or Nazi Germany?
I'll be checking to see how the conservative media deals with this, considering this would be an about-face on pretty much every process argument they've raised over the past three decades. But I wouldn't be surprised if they had enough sanctimony to promote the lawsuit as a case of parents' rights being harmed by the homosexual agenda
Update: I was just rereading this and I don't think it was clear: there's really nothing special about this case in terms of right-wing sanctimony. That's the only thing that really defines them at this point.
There's more info on this case over at Lesbian Dad. If you thought this was just a group of misguided parents... oh boy you were wrong. They've brought out the big time right wing whiners who aren't afraid to compare everyone who disagrees with them to Hitler.

Can I get a copy of the step-by-step instructions?
I want to make sure I didn't miss a step.

Oh, Alex. The shit is already deeper than you can imagine: it's not just a few dozen parents; they brought in the Pacific Justice Instittute and Brad Dacus (in fact, there was no talk of law suits 'til they brought PJI in). If those names don't ring a bell, my post will help refresh readers' memories. Think: marriage equality proponents = rise of Nazis in the 1930s.
My post from Sunday: East Bay schools in right wing crosshairs
The other interesting detail: the high school under fire is Rachel Maddow's alma mater. Should be an interesting fight; I'll be following it closely since it's my alma mater too.
