Guess who just came out? That's right, Lady Gaga just let us know she's bisexual. As was pointed out in the comments, she's been out for a while. I don't keep up with the kids.

Singer Lady Gaga has told the latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine that she's disappointed at her boyfriends' reactions to the fact that she is bisexual.
"The fact that I'm into women, they're all intimidated by it," she tells the magazine.
"It makes them uncomfortable," she adds. "They're like 'I don't need to have a threesome. I'm happy with just you'."
But she says thus far she hasn't fallen in love with a woman.
Well, there ya go.

Everything 80's is new again!
Now... who is going to be the "new" Boy George and Pet Shop Boys? George Michael was "straight" in that decade... so he doesn't count and how ANYONE believed he was straight w/those neon, cut off finger gloves and bootie shorts is beyond me.

Melissa Etheridge was singing up lesbian clubs in in Long Beach and LA, CA back then w/a mullet and a lesbian musical blip.
OMG? Lesbian mullets can't possibly have a comeback can they?!?!? Dear sweet baby jezzuz... mullets and rat tails just can't ever come back.

Actually Lady Gaga didn't "just" come out. "Just Dance" was in her first album "The Fame," released in 2008.
She has been discussing her bisexuality with the media since last summer. See

She's pretty great, though as mentioned above, this certainly isn't news (that she's great or that she's queer). I think I actually got to this video through a bilerico article a few weeks back: (one of) her explanation(s) of what the lyrics to Poker Face mean. Of course, this is the most interesting one (and the one she skips on american mainstream media), so I'm inclined to believe it/like it more.
