The ACLU posted on their Facebook page that the Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing Wednesday at 10:00am entitled "Oversight of the U.S. Department of Justice."

This would be a great time for Attorney General Eric Holder to answer questions about the DoJ brief that was so painfully insulting to this community.

Information on Committee Members and how to contact them is after the break.

Here's a few examples for you to build from:

Ask Holder: The Department's brief in defense of DOMA likened same sex couples to those who commit incest and pedophilia. Do you agree?

Ask Holder: If President Obama's view is that DOMA should be repealed, why did the Department of Justice feel compelled to defend it in court?

Ask Holder: As the Nation's top law enforcement officer, do you feel that DOMA violates the Equal Protection clause of the U.S. Constitution?

Call the U.S. Senate Switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and ask to speak to your Senator
