Please join me in welcoming a new contributor to Bilerico Project! John Shields was already a Bilerico-DC blogger, but he's made the jump to TBP now too. In fact, he's such a winner he's earned a promotion; he's the new editor of Bilerico-DC!

Now that Michael Crawford has a new job and is the face and de facto leader of DC's marriage movement, he didn't have as much time for B-DC and all of the work necessary to keep a site that size running smoothly. John is stepping into some mighty big shoes, but he's willing to take on the challenge - in fact, he seems eager for it! (I know! Crazy, right? *grins*)

So please help me wish John luck with his new responsibilities and move up to TBP. I know ya'll will give him just as much hell as you do the rest of us. And we wouldn't want it any other way...
