According to Wikipedia, Rep. Mollohan (D-WV), first elected in 1982, has not faced serious opposition in a general election since that time. He ran unopposed in 1992, 1996, 2002, and 2008.
He voted for ENDA in 07, as well as for the hate crimes bills, but he didn't co-sponsor ENDA in 2007 or 2009.
I'm guessing that he is going to support ENDA, but he hasn't yet come out publicly and said so.
